How do I actually lock in my date?
A deposit holds the date — the quote comes first, so nothing is charged before you have seen a number. Dates move fast in season, so the earlier the form lands, the better.
How far will you travel?
We are Florida-based and cover the surrounding area as standard. Further out is absolutely possible — a travel fee applies beyond our home radius, and we quote it up front with the rest.
How many people can you handle?
From a ten-person shower to a few hundred. Snack boxes and cups scale the cleanest for big headcounts; carts and spreads are the centrepiece for mid-size groups.
Do you cater for allergies and dietary needs?
Yes — tell us in the form and we will build vegetarian, gluten-free and nut-aware options into the plan rather than bolting them on at the door.
What do you need from me on the day?
A table-height spot with access, and somewhere to park the cart. We bring everything else, set it up, and clear it at the end.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is a minimum for cart bookings because of the travel and styling involved. The exact number depends on your date and distance — we will spell it out in the quote.
